AASECT Certification Audit Policy

Before Your Audit

Clients are responsible for submitting all relevant transcripts, CE certificates, training records, and supporting documentation through the designated upload portal. The accuracy and completeness of the audit are dependent upon the information provided.

Turnaround Time

Certification audits are typically completed within 7 business days of receiving all required documentation. Incomplete or delayed submissions may extend the turnaround time.

Audit Deliverables

Upon completion, clients will receive:

• A personalized AASECT Certification Tracker

• A review of submitted coursework and trainings

• Identification of completed and remaining certification requirements

• A written summary outlining recommended next steps

Refund Policy

Due to the individualized nature of this service, refunds are not available once document review has begun.

If a cancellation request is made before any review work has started, a refund may be issued at the discretion of IYKYKtherapy.
