Hi, I'm Hailey!
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Sex Therapist (CST), and group practice owner. I work at the intersection of clinical depth, business sustainability, and therapist identity.
Through IYKYKtherapy, I support therapists who want to build practices that are both ethically grounded and actually sustainable—without burning out or feeling like they have to choose between doing meaningful work and making a living.
My work focuses on helping clinicians deepen their clinical skill (especially in sexual health, trauma, and relational work), while also building systems, boundaries, and business models that support long-term growth.
I care deeply about this field—and I also think we don’t always set therapists up well to succeed.
Too many clinicians are under-supported, under-trained in complex areas like sexual health, and overwhelmed trying to figure out both therapy and business at the same time.
I’ve seen what happens when therapists are stretched too thin or unsure of their clinical direction—and I’ve also seen what’s possible when they feel grounded, confident, and supported.
This work matters to me because therapists deserve to feel competent, resourced, and aligned in the work they’re doing.
Over time, there were patterns I kept seeing:
Therapists practicing outside their depth due to lack of training
Clinicians wanting to do sexual health work but not knowing where to start
Burnout from unsustainable caseloads and unclear boundaries
Practice owners trying to lead without real support or guidance
A gap between “clinical skill” and “running a functional business”
I couldn’t ignore how common this was—or how fixable a lot of it actually is with the right support, training, and structure.
My approach is both trauma-informed and practical.
I don’t separate clinical work from business or identity—I see them as deeply connected.
In our work together, we focus on:
Building real clinical competence (not just surface-level interventions)
Understanding the “why” behind what you’re doing
Creating systems and structure that support your capacity
Developing boundaries that are actually sustainable
Aligning your work with your values—not just what you think you “should” be doing
This isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about building something that lasts.
I’m warm, but I’m also direct.
I’ll support you—and I’ll also challenge you when needed.
Working with me isn’t passive. I expect you to be engaged in your growth, open to feedback, and willing to look honestly at what is and isn’t working.
You can expect:
Thoughtful, honest feedback
A balance of validation and challenge
Practical direction (not just theory)
Space to process, reflect, and build
If you’re looking for someone to just reassure you without pushing growth, I’m probably not the best fit—and that’s okay.
My work is grounded in both formal training and real-world application.

I’ve worked extensively with trauma, sexual health, relational dynamics, and women’s health—and I bring that clinical depth into the way I consult and supervise.
You’re a therapist who wants to deepen your clinical work—not just “get by”
You’re interested in sexual health or trauma work and want real training/support
You feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to grow your practice
You want your work to feel more aligned and sustainable
You’re open to feedback and ready to do meaningful work
You’re looking for quick business hacks or passive income shortcuts
You’re not open to feedback or reflection
You want someone to tell you exactly what to do without engaging in the process
You’re not interested in developing your clinical depth
Outside of the work, I’m someone who values depth, honesty, and real connection.
I care about creating spaces where people feel both supported and challenged—and that carries into everything I do.
I also run a group practice (Xenia Counseling), which means I’m actively in the work of balancing clinical care, leadership, and business decisions in real time.
And I believe that growth—both personally and professionally—should feel intentional, not chaotic.
If this resonates, you’re probably ready for something more in your work.
Whether that’s deepening your clinical skill, building a more sustainable practice, or stepping into a new level of growth—I’d love to support you in that process.
Alongside my individual work, I lead Xenia Counseling, a group practice dedicated to therapeutic excellence. Our compassionate team provides a supportive space for healing and growth, ensuring you receive the high-quality care you deserve.
