"What Is Sex Therapy?" University Webinar

Join Hailey Maire-Grant, LCSW, CST, owner of Xenia Counseling and an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist, for a 1-hour virtual introductory training designed for interns, graduate students, and newer clinicians interested in learning more about sex therapy and sexual health work.

This presentation will cover what sex therapy actually is, common concerns Certified Sex Therapists work with, ethical considerations and scope of practice, and the additional education and training involved in becoming an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist (CST). Attendees will also gain a better understanding of when referral, consultation, or additional training may be appropriate when addressing sexual health concerns in clinical settings.

This training is eligible for 1 AASECT CE hour and will include opportunities for questions and discussion.
